Terms & Conditions
All the participants who joined the AQI Community Initiative must follow these terms and conditions.
One free monitor per user and location only.
Each individual can claim only one AQI monitor under this campaign.
Monitor will be shipped after 30 days
The device will be shipped approximately 30 days after order confirmation.
Shipping charges apply
A fee of ₹990 (India) or $49 (International) is charged to cover shipping charges.
- No refund policy
Payments made under this offer are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- Data will be public on AQI.in
Air quality data from the device will be visible to the public to support community awareness.
- Sensor lifespan up to 18 months
The sensor inside the monitor is expected to function accurately for up to 18 months. A new sensor has to be replaced, the sensor will be available on AQI.IN.
- Right to deactivate or recall
AQI.in reserves the right to deactivate or recall the device in case of misuse, indoor installation, or failure to share data.
- User must provide Wi-Fi and power supply
A stable Wi-Fi internet connection and continuous electricity are required for the device to function properly.
- Free access to data
Users will have free access to their data via the AQI.IN mobile app and web dashboard.
- No resale or misuse allowed
The device is non-transferable and cannot be resold, tampered with, or used for unauthorised purposes.
- Outdoor installation is mandatory
The device must be installed outdoors; indoor use may lead to incorrect readings and deactivation.
- Data download enabled
Users can download historical data anytime from the dashboard.
- One-year limited warranty
Covers only manufacturing defects; damage due to misuse or environmental conditions is not covered.
