The capital city of Karnataka has emerged as the IT hub of the country in the last decade. This resulted in an increased influx of IT aspirants in the Electronic City. The problem of air pollution in Bangaluru has risen in the last few years. Fourteen areas including Central Silk Board Junction, Domlur Circle, and ITPL Whitefield Road experience particulate concentrations greater than the national standards.
